Senator Stoltze, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 377. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 1(STA) was adopted. 2015-04-07 Senate Journal Page 0852 Senator Wielechowski offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, lines 24 - 25: Delete all material. Senator Wielechowski moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Stoltze objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
